To submit an issue or question to the Computer Center, please go to http://helpdesk.lipscomb.edu and enter your network username to log onto the Self Service utility.  Additional information on using the Self Service ticketing system can be found in the Request Tracker Self Service User Guide as well as directions on setting up a rule to prevent email messages from this system from going into your Junk folder.
