Ritchie graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2004 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He joined the Lipscomb Computer Center in October 2007. His primary responsibilities include supporting faculty and staff computers, as well as, printer support and the management of print quota software. |

Zack graduated from Lipscomb University in May of 2009. He joined the Computer Center staff in September of 2009. His responsibilities include faculty/staff support, printer support, managing the student support staff, and mobile device support. |

Jennifer graduated from Harding University in May of 2002 with a B.A. in Computer Science and minors in English and Bible. Before moving to Nashville, she worked both as a programmer for the Advancement department at Harding and website manager for Truth for Today World Mission School (www.biblecourses.com). Jennifer began working in the Computer Center in February of 2004 where she supports the Banner Advancement module. |

Marc graduated from Lipscomb University in 1992. He began working for Lipscomb University in 2003. As a Programmer/Analyst, he provided Banner technical support and fulfilled various reporting needs for the Admissions, Housing, and University Communication & Marketing departments. In 2007, he began working as a Computer Technician where he provides hardware and software support to all faculty and staff. |

Jessica graduated from Lipscomb University in 1999 with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. She began working as a programmer and Assistant Database Administrator in the Computer Center in January of 2000 and became the Director of User Services in January of 2003. She supervises Tech Support and the Student Lab Assistants and Help Desk. Jessica also provides software training for faculty and staff. |

Tracy received a B.S. in Information Systems from Lipscomb University in 2007. She began working in the Computer Center in August of 2008. |

Brenda came to Lipscomb in 1997, as director of Middle School Extended Day. She also joined Julia Stewart as a part time operator at the switchboard in 2002. She left the extended day program in 2007, to become one of the Receptionists at the PBX switchboard in the Computer Center. |

Barry graduated from Lipscomb University in May of 1999. He holds a B.A. in Bible and a Minor in Psychology. Barry is responsible for maintaining (configuring, testing, and analysis) all the voice communication network. He is Apple, A+, and Network+ certified |

Mike became the Chief Information Officer in May 2007. Mike came to Lipscomb after serving as the Chief Operating Officer for PROFORMANCE, Inc., a document imaging provider to the banking industry. Before that, he served as a Senior Director of IT for Hewlett Packard overseeing the Americas Region Services IT organization. He also served as the IT Director of Internet Systems, CRM systems, and corporate testing and release management for Corporate Services at HP. Prior to his work at HP, Mike served as a consulting practice director for Andersen Consulting, Digital Equipment Corporation, and DSC Communications specializing in multimedia and broadband networking. Mike has worked in defense systems at the Oak Ridge National Labs and E-Systems. Mike was also a full time instructor of computer science (graduate and undergraduate) at The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. Mike is still active in Program Management training and organizations such as IEEE and ACM. Mike also served as an elder at Bammel Church of Christ in Houston TX. Mike has a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee and a B.S. in Mathematics from Mississippi State University. |

Brad graduated from Lipscomb University in 2000 with a B. S. in Computer Science. He worked as a Systems Analyst with AIM Healthcare Services Inc. before joining Lipscomb full time in 2002. At Lipscomb he provides Apple computer support for Faculty and Staff offices. He also supports and maintains Lipscomb's Apple computer labs. |

Dennis completed a B.A in Mathematics and Physics in 1972 at Lipscomb. He went on to complete a M.A. in Physics and a Ph.D. in High Energy Physics from Purdue. Dennis returned to Lipscomb in 1979 in order to teach Physics and Computing. He began working in the Computer Center as the Assistant Director and in 1991 became the Network Manager. He became the Director of Network Operations in 2000. |

Stephen graduated from Murray State University in Murray, KY with a B.S.B in Management in Human Resources. He joined the Lipscomb Computer Center in June 2008. He acts as the Luminis Portal Administrator and manages the development of the LCC Department Site. |

Becky graduated from Lipscomb with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. She began working for the Computer Center in February of 1998. Her responsibilities include: assisting the VMS Manager in the management of the VMS Network and maintaining the administrative software package. She is the primary analyst for the Banner Student module. |

Cindy began working with the Computer Center in July 2008. Cindy attended Nashville State Technical Community College and earned a Technical Communications Certification in May 2008 along with a Web Page Authoring Technical Certification in December 2006, both Summa Cum Laude. She had previously worked as a Computer Lab teacher for East Cheatham Elementary School for 10 years. In addition to her responsibilities with Lipscomb, she is a Columnist for the Ashland City Times. Cindy's articles with community, family, and spiritual topics have been published weekly for the past 3 1/2 years . |

Michelle received a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics in June of 1984 from Lipscomb University and a M.S. in Computer Science in May of 1990 from Vanderbilt University. Michelle began working for the Computer Center in March of 1986. She is responsible for the integrity of the data in the administrative software. Michelle also teaches Information Systems Applications I, Information Systems Applications II, and Data Base Management courses for the Computing & Information Technology Department. |

Julia is a graduate of both David Lipscomb High School and Lipscomb University. She has been an employee of Lipscomb for over eleven years. Currently she serves as one of the PBX Receptionists at the Computer Center. |

Joe graduated from Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Minor in Computer Science June of 1984. He is responsible for managing issues related to administrative computing and the OpenVMS computer systems. Joe began working in the Computer Center in June of 1984. |
